The rotary collator employs a rotating plate to pass individual parts by the discriminators. Mechanical part controllers and air jets discriminate and deflect improperly positioned parts, only properly oriented parts enter the processing stream. Collator part out feed may be horizontal or vertical, end to end or side by side depending upon your application. Multiple products can be processed using the same collator, a change of the rotating plate and adjustment of the discriminators is required. Many simliar shaped products may be oriented (collated) by readjusting only the discriminators. Low numbers of moving parts and replacable wear surfaces ensure years of dependable service.
