M-A Systems produces this universal inclined rotary collating system to exceed industry demand. This system provides increased production, low operating noise levels, greater accuracy of orientation and ease in maintenance and operation. Versatility in type of product that may be fed is unparalleled, some examples are: copper plumbing fittings, 90 degree elbow and tee fittings, air condition valve caps and glass light bulbs.

The APC 14 series is constructed around a 14 inch ABS bowl geared head motor with vari-speed control of the collating plate.

Three models of the APC 14 are offered: commercial, industrial, and heavy industrial. Your wear life requirements will be satisfied while maximizing dollar return on investment.

Call us with specific requirements and we will respond with APC 14 capabilities.

AUTO PARTS COLLATOR 14 S

The APC 14 S is a popular commercial unit for application when estimated use is five million parts per year or less. APC 14 S bridges the gap from hand feeding to automatic operations.

AUTO PARTS COLLATOR 14 BRU

The APC014 BRU is designed for industrial application when expected use exceeds five million parts per year up to 10 million parts per year.

AUTO PARTS COLLATOR 14 MRU

APC 14 MRU machines are offered for heavy duty industrial use. The motor drive assembly and mounting column of our 28 and 30 collators are incorporated in this 14" collator.

ROTARY TRANSFER FEEDERS

Rotary transfer feeders (RTF's) move product from the bulk hopper to the product orienting collator.

M-A Systems RTF's allow compact organization of the feed line.

The compact rotary design features a rotating transfer pate 9, 12, or 14 inch diameter; plastic covered to protect the product during transfer.

The rotating transfer plate adusts from horizontal through twenty degrees of angle, promoting controlled easy flow feeding. The angled transfer plate reduces the force necassary to move the product from under the feed hopper 180 degrees to the feeder bowl outlet.

Matching the feed rate of the transfer feeder to the use rate of the orienting parts collator reduces stop-start wear. RTF's are equipped with Variable Speed Geared Head Motors.
